Coaching Opportunities

All levels both boys and girls divisions will need coaches for the upcoming season. Experience is not necessary but is helpful. The most important thing you can bring to your childs team is a positive attitude, good sportsmanship and the desire to help kids have a fun and rewarding experience. Sign-ups for coaching will be during all registrations and will require the completion of a volunteer application (used to perform a background check) as well as a brief letter of intent. Every effort is made to accommodate each request. In the event we have more volunteers than openings, we will attempt to find other opportunities where you can get involved with the league. Umpiring Opportunities

The Major boys and girls divisions are in need of volunteer umpires for the upcoming season, as well as Umpires in Chiefs. Experience is not necessary but is helpful. The league pays tuition at a local umpiring clinic every April. This is a weekend clinic which covers rules as well as positioning fundamentals. Umpires are vital to the success of these divisions.
